BRIEF

​

To manufacture, transport and construct a 181.5m   stand for ICE 2019. To supply and install all AV equipment and provide onsite technical and stand support throughout the event.

 

APPROACH

​

In consultation with the client, we developed and enhanced the client’s initial concept to create an engaging and accessible stand. We allocated a dedicated Project Manager for the event, to ensure the client was able to seamlessly communicate all aspects of the stand design and enable any changes to be addressed rapidly.

DELIVERY

​

• Our in-house design team evolved the stand design, providing both 2D working drawings as well as 3D visualisations

• Manufactured, transported and constructed the stand

• Managed all aspects of exhibition build, including all communications with exhibition hall staff, onsite storage and stand materials

• Used specialist in-house knowledge to advise, supply and fit all AV equipment

• Supplied and managed onsite build crew

• Supplied and installed a 15m x 3m suspended LED wall

• Supplied all onsite technicians for both build and event support

BEYOND

• Sourced and managed all hospitality staff on the stand

• Designed and printed promotional materials to be used at the event

• Procured and delivered the ‘giveaway’ merchandise for use on the stand

OUTCOME
 

The client stated the experience at ICE 2019 had exceeded all their expectations, in both the way the stand looked as well as how the on-stand hospitality team engaged with their customers.
