BRIEF

Using agency supplied designs and construction drawings, to manufacture, transport and install 3 individual stands at ECCO 2020.  In addition, to supply and install all the AV equipment and provide onsite technical support throughout the event.

 

APPROACH

​

Quickly building a strong rapport with the IMPACT-XM Project Management Team, we sought to build on our collaboration to ensure all the stand concepts were manufactured to the exact prescribed specifications. In tandem, we were able to optimise build materials in terms of both costs and sustainability.

• Manufactured, transported and installed all 3 stands on schedule

• Supplied and installed all the AV requirements

• Managed and implemented supplied digital content, including pre-event testing, onsite integration and data management

• Supplied and managed onsite build and AV crew

• Supplied AV technicians for onsite support throughout event

• Utilised our specialist in-house team to advise, supply and fit all AV equipment

• Managed all aspects of stand builds, including all communications with the exhibition hall staff, onsite storage and stand literature materials

OUTCOME

​

The successful delivery of all 3 stands at ECCO 2020 was built upon our previous successes at ECC0 2019 and UEGW 2019.
